We never hold your money.

Every dollar — Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Stripe — flows directly from parent to your club's account. MVPLedger™ is software, not a payment processor. We're not in PCI scope, we have no custody of funds, and we have nothing to lose or freeze.

Encryption at rest and in transit.

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+ and at rest using industry-standard AES-256. Database backups are encrypted, geographically replicated, and access-logged.

Row-level tenant isolation.

Every record — families, payments, expenses — is tagged with your organization ID. Database-level Row-Level Security policies make it physically impossible for one club to query another club's data. Not “shouldn't” — can't.

Forensic audit trail.

Every change to a payment, expense, family, team, or org setting is permanently recorded with actor email, role, IP, timestamp, and full before/after diff. Records cannot be edited or deleted — not even by you, not even by us. Available at any time in your dashboard's History page.

Where is data stored?
All customer data is stored in US-based data centers operated by enterprise cloud providers. No data leaves the US without explicit customer authorization.
Who can see our club's data?
Inside your club: only users you've explicitly invited, scoped to their role (admin / treasurer / coach / parent). Outside your club: nobody, ever. MVPLedger™ staff do not access customer data except in rare support cases, and only with your written permission, logged in the audit trail.
What if MVPLedger™ goes out of business?
Your data is yours. You can export every record to CSV in one click at any time. We also commit to a 90-day wind-down notice and continued export access through that period.
Can parents see other families' data?
No. The parent portal uses single-use magic-link tokens — each parent only sees their own family's balance, payments, and statements. The public transparency page shows aggregate club financials (budget, recent expenses), never individual family records.
Do you sell or share data?
Never. We don't sell data, don't share it with third parties for marketing, and don't train AI models on it. Full stop.
